Anthony went hunting with his dad for the day, so I decided to make some applesauce with the 30+ lbs of apples I had.

Dont you think that 30 lbs of apples should make more than 6 Quarts? I am so surprised! I had a ton of apples and I feel like I threw half of the goods away between peeling and coring!
