The kids singing in their Sunday School program.
Kaitlyn got a solo. She did really good!
 Talon getting into the motions!
Then there's always those couple of kids that make up their own motions!
Having fun with my new camera. My baby boy. What a handsome guy!

Homeschool Outing to the Science Museum

We took the kids to the Gateway to Science museum in Bismarck for our homeschool outing this month.  The kids had a great time with all of the different science stations and experiments.
Natalie somehow coerced Caitlyn P. to carry her around a good portion of the day.
This station was fun.  Two people sat down, one on either side of the glass, and it merged them together to form one person.  It was pretty funny.
Even the adults got into the experiments.  We learned some really fascinating facts.
Kaitlyn putting the human head and brain together.  Let's just say, she may need a little more training and practice before she performs actual brain surgery.
Talon found the noise making machine. Surprise!
Even the little kids had fun with the experiments.
We love the Sefciks!

Can't have a group picture without doing at least one crazy pose!
For lunch we went out for pizza.

Pie anyone?

We had a 'Pie in the Face' fundraiser for the the youth group.  Tyler and Anthony were just a couple of the good sports that were volunteered to participate.
Good job, Babe, and just remember... it's for a great cause!

Talon and Kaitlyn's Baptism

Yesterday, Talon and Kaitlyn both received the Holy Ghost, and were baptized in Jesus' Name for the remission of their sins.  What an awesome day! I wish I could have gotten a picture of them praying, but there was too much excitement going on. I was given a few pictures of them getting baptized, though.
Papa Starr baptized Talon.
Kaitlyn really wanted her Daddy to baptize her, so he did.
All that excitement can wear on a person. Natalie was out cold by the end of service!
Acts 2:38-39
"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call."
I'm so thankful for truth that we can pass down to the next generations!
