We decided to make one last trip to the beach before the weather got too cold. Papa and Granny had been wanting to go too, so we got rooms in Seaside for the night.
One of Papa's favorite places to eat is at Camp 18, so that's where we ate lunch on the way.
They brought Nolan's birthday gift and gave it to him.
A new warm-up suit. He loves it!
After leaving our hotel on Friday morning, we drove down the coastline to Cannon Beach. We stopped at a cute little coffee shop called The Sleepy Monk, then headed out to play on the beach.
I must say, it was much colder than the last couple of times we went to the beach, but the kids still had a blast playing in the sand and the water.
Natalie loves the beach. She jumps up and down constantly from excitement.
Even Granny got her feet wet.
After getting warm and dry again, we stopped for some lunch at a little chowder place, went to a candy shop for some salt water taffy, then headed home. As usual, we had some very tired kidlets when it was all over!
I love our family times to just get away and make some memories!
