For Mother's Day this year, we were invited to church in Mountain Home to be with our friends, the Rushings, in the afternoon. After church, we joined them for their Mother's Day steak dinner, then came home in the evening (after going to Starbucks, of course!).
I had to work on Saturday night, so on Saturday morning Anthony made me a yummy breakfast. That afternoon he came home with a beautiful bouquet of 2 dozen red roses, and a Starbucks for me to drink on my way to work, plus some other fabulous gifts from him and the kids for Mother's Day. What a great surprise, it was very sweet! I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family!

I do want to say how much I appreciate my mom. It's amazing how having kids of your own makes you appreciate and value your parents so much more. My mom is a very important part of my life, and such a great friend. (Not to mention a wonderful grandma!!) ...I love you, Mom!
This picture cracks me up. I was trying to get Talon to take a nap during church because he was so tired and cranky. I asked him if he wanted to sleep in Sissy's car seat. He happily sat down in it, but wasn't so happy when I told him to go to sleep.
Hard to believe he was still using it less than a year ago. He doesn't fit so well anymore!

Hey, that's the dress I gave her!!
I know, it looks adorable on her. Hard to believe she's wearing it already! She has the cutest bow to go with it, but I ran out the door and left it sitting on the counter (of course, I put it there so I WOULDN'T forget it!!).
