This is a very sad day! We just sold Reese, our Australian Cattle Dog. We bought her when she was 8 weeks old, and have had her for about 2 1/2 yrs. We lived in Oregon and ran cattle on 50 acres, and Anthony had just started working with her when we moved. She did really well with the cattle... that is, until she got distracted by all the cow pies! We brought her with us to Idaho, hoping to buy some property in the future where she could run. Unfortunately, we live in a small neighborhood right now without a fully fenced yard, and it seems unfair to keep her locked up in a small pen, so we made the decision to sell her. She's beautiful, and has been such a good dog with a great personality, and we are going to miss her so much!

Reese is the most beautiful cattle dog I've ever seen. I already miss her terribly, but she hated being in town.
Maybe someday we will be blessed to have another Ranch opportunity and I can get one of her pups.
