16 months old

Miss Natalie is 16 months old.  She's getting big so fast, and loves to participate in everything the older kids are doing.  She has her own vocabulary, and is very expressive when there's something she wants to say!  She's such a fun little girl!
She loves shopping with Mama.  She smiles and waves at people in the store, and attracts quite the audience at times!
Her own Dutch Bros smoothie.  Such a big girl with a cup and straw!
Snuggling her bear.
Love Love LOVE those big blue eyes!!!
The remnants of her PB&J.  She loves to eat!
 Look who snagged Bubby's computer!

It's Party Time!

We had a small family party for Nolan. He was so excited about his Thomas party!  (It helps when you can just use some of their toys for the decor, let me tell you!)
The newlyweds.  Justin and Sonya just got married, and we got to meet the whole clan!  I must say, I don't think I've ever seen my little brother so happy! They are such a cute couple!
Time for presents!
Uncle Justin has been slowly building his Tonka collection.  This time he got a SWAT helicopter.   He loves it!!
He even got some new Thomas underwear.  He loves them!  Perfect gift, Aunt Melanie!
...and more Play Doh!  Boy, do we go through the Play Doh at our house.  The kids play with it all the time!
Getting goofy with his hat
Grandma and Natalie
His very own baseball mitt from Grandpa and Grandma Bauer.  He loves it!
Kaitlyn loves her new cousin, Arianna!  They played and played like they've been friends forever!
Playing hospital.  They are the patients.
 Hangin' out with Aunt Melanie.
Thank you all for helping to make Nolan's birthday so fun!

Already borrowing Sissy's clothes

I got busy, and hadn't done laundry for a couple of days, and Natalie was out of clean nighties, so I snagged one of Kaitlyn's for her.  It's really a cotton dress, but Kaitlyn loves to wear it to bed.  (It's also waaay too short, but she's having a hard time letting it go!)
It looked so cute on Natalie, and she knew it was Kaitlyn's, so she was so proud to be wearing it!
 Showing it off a little.
Daddy was telling her how cute she looks, and she was eating it up!
I love her pouty face.  She's tired, and ready to be done with the camera, and in bed.

Heard Around the House

Anthony was on the computer, and Talon saw some football players that were wearing pink shoes, socks, sweat bands, etc.
He informed us, "They wear pink for dress cancer!"

Nolan-bug is 3!!!

Nolan turned 3 yesterday.  I keep asking myself, "How in the world?"
It was funny how his birthday just snuck up on him.  We kept telling him his birthday was coming up, but he would just smile and say, "Yeah, and I'm gonna be fw-eee!".  When he came in to wake me up in the morning, I said, "Happy Birthday, Buddy!  It's your birthday today!".  He got a big surprised look on his face, followed by a huge smile.  He's so happy to FINALLY be three!
He wanted to go out to The Original Pancake House for breakfast, so we went with Papa and Granny.  It was actually more of a brunch, but he didn't care!  He got a strawberry crepe with a candle in it, and we all sang 'Happy Birthday'.  He was e-lated!
He got a Tonka truck that makes noise.  (Oh, what a treat for all of us!)  He loves it!
Daddy and Sissy.
He got his big boy bike from Papa and Granny for getting potty trained.  He loves his "big wed bike!"
He was pretty sure he was gonna get to ride it out in the street.  Uh, on a main highway in Salem?  Sorry, Buddy, gonna have to wait until we get home!
Next stop.... Great Clips!  Anthony was getting his hair cut, and since the boys needed one too, (and since they were having a great sale!) they all got one.
Time to open presents.  He can hardly wait!
He got lots of clothes... since he's growing like a weed.  Good thing he loves new clothes!
He was so excited about his Leap Frog toy.  It teaches him how to write his letters, and what sound each letter makes.
I love how happy he is.  It's so stinkin' cute!
He got to choose between a birthday cake or going out for frozen custard.  He chose frozen custard.  It's his favorite!
Happy Birthday, my little bug! You light up our lives, and we all love you so much!!!

Crazy girl

Natalie is such an antagonist.  If she can find something that gets a reaction, she keeps doing it. This particular day, she hiked her skirt way up, and went prancing around the house.  It drove the older kids nuts, so they would pull it down.... and she would pull it right back up.
She is such a crazy girl!!!
