You can't say he doesn't enjoy his food!

Talon is very into feeding himself now. The first bite of lasagna I gave him he spit out immediately. Then I put some on his tray and he had quite a time with it. His white shirt still bears some of the evidence. When my mom came to visit, we canned peaches- which Talon also loved! Quite a combo, peaches and lasagna, but he thought it was great! Mr. Sober

Talon will take any opportunity he can get to play the piano. Here he played and sang for us. (Grandma was pretty proud of her little musician!)

Anderson Reservoir

We took a trip up to the Anderson Reservoir with Papa and Granny. It was cold, but beautiful. It was kind of a 'spur of the moment' trip, so we decided to take a cooler and sandwich fixin's. I was really thorough... I even remembered napkins and plastic knives to spread the condiments! The guys were talking about how much they were looking forward to our 'picnic' because none of us had had much to eat the entire day. Unfortunately, right before we got there (miles and miles out of town), it dawned on me that I had forgotten the bread to make the sandwiches. OOPS!! I tried to ease the pain by letting them know that we had Wheat Thins, and could eat cheese and ham on crackers. They didn't seem very thrilled with the idea.
We did have a good time despite not having much to eat (Talon's fruit snacks and goldfish crackers don't go too far!); but I have a feeling that, in the future, the main portion of the picnic wont be left in my hands!!

Go Seahawks!

Here's our little man in his Seahawks outfit. He was pretty proud of it. He kept running around the house showing off. The hat only lasted for about 5 minutes, then it was history!
Talon and Grandma...
They both are pretty pleased with each other's company as you can see!
